    You have clearly identified the form of this brief and you can back this up with specific examples (M1). You identify the scale of negotiation within the EE brief - this is good and shows a solid understanding. You then move onto a comparison of the briefs (M1) - this is a little brief. You compare their differences but spend little time discriminating which brief works best for you and why. To achieve distinction you may think about researching the broader context of the brief such as the use of 3G within the UK or a specific audience profile for smart phone usage, maybe even app usage, within UK.
